March Break Playmaker Program
Build the Core 3. Elevate Your Game.
To become a true playmaker, players must develop all three pillars of performance: Skills, Hockey IQ, and Execution Under Pressure. Our CORE 3 system ensures each element is trained in a connected, progressive way—so players not only learn the mechanics, but also understand the game and perform under real pressure. This is how playmakers are built.
This is more than training — it’s a structured development system designed to help players understand, apply, and dominate every aspect of the game.
Camp Progression Path
From Skills
to Game Impact
Our Camp Progression Path takes players from skill development to game-time execution—step by step. Each stage builds on the last, ensuring techniques are learned, applied, and performed under pressure.
TECHNIQUE
Improve your skating
and puck control mechanics
GAME CONTEXT
Adapt skills to game situations
DESICION MAKING
Learn how to make smart quick decisions
PERFORMANCE UNDER PRESSURE
Perform confidently in the game
Improve Your Skating Movements.
The first stage of our on‑ice program focuses on refining key skating elements and linking them through transitions. Players work on fundamental skating movements, both with and without the puck, to build efficiency, balance, and control. These core elements form the foundation for all later stages.

Adapting Skills In Game-Like Scenarios
Building on Day 1, players apply refined skating and puck control skills in game-like scenarios across all zones. Drills challenge players to adapt under pressure and real-game decision making. Each scenario finishes with a scoring element—focusing on creating lanes, shooting through screens, and using a variety of shot types—preparing players to finish plays effectively in competition.

Increase Your Impact on the Game
The focus shifts to puck protection, possession, and winning battles. Players learn to handle moderate pressure using edge work, body positioning, and deceptive fakes. Drills also cover angling, body contact, and tactical skating—key tools for gaining and maintaining puck control during high-pressure moments.

Read the Game,
Improve Decision Making
Pressure intensifies as players apply their skills in realistic, decision-based scenarios. Drills shift from obstacle work to player interaction, requiring quick reads and smart responses. This stage sharpens hockey IQ—training players to recognize options, adapt in real time, and make effective choices under pressure.

Applying a Week’s Training in Full-Pressure Game Battles
The final day brings it all together. Players apply the week’s training in full-ice, high-pressure game scenarios. This stage ensures skills aren’t just learned — they’re transferred into real competition, preparing players to perform when it matters most.

Off-ice Boosters
Transform Your Skills
In Record Time.
Our off-ice sessions are designed to enhance and reinforce what’s learned on the ice. Through targeted stickhandling drills, decision-making mini games, and NHL video analysis, players deepen their understanding, sharpen mechanics, and build better instincts—ensuring lasting improvement and real-game transfer.
Advanced Puck Control & Deceptions.
Focus on improving all types on puck control movent in combination with proper hockey stance, stride mechanics weight transfer and upper body fakes to develop.
Game Video Analysis: Learn from the Best
We break down NHL game footage to show players how elite athletes use the same movements and concepts taught in camp. These sessions help players connect technique to real-game execution. By seeing how the pros solve game scenarios, players build smarter habits and faster reactions on the ice.
Off-ice Mini Games
Train Decision-Making Through Play
Off-ice mini games challenge players to think fast and make smart choices in a fun, competitive setting. By recreating game-like problems—spacing, timing, support, and pressure—these activities sharpen Hockey IQ and build confidence, helping skills transfer smoothly to on-ice performance.
