Shooting Under Pressure Camp is a full contact camp and the second part of the Body checking camp.

This program is designed for players to improve their shooting skills under pressure, with minimal time and space.

The players goal is to get shot on the net or driving hard to the net.

Players work in consistent pressure (under pressure) whether you shooting or driving to the net.

We match players skill and size. The focus is to learn how to apply body and work with the body in difficult game situations with and without the puck.

• Quickly reading and analyzing game situations
• Creating time and space for a good shot
• Proper offensive stick work
• Making the right decision under pressure
• Playing under pressure / escaping from pressure with the puck
• Retrieving the puck using body contact
• Player separation from the puck
• Proper angle

Each day is broken down into 2-3 different skills to teach proper technique in game situations.
