TERMS & CONDITIONS

RHA Hockey Academy Inc. Player participation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Please make a cheque payable to RHA HOCKEY ACADEMY INC. (hereafter RHA HOCKEY). All NSF fee’s are subject to a $50 administration fee. Participant is allowed to transfer program participation to another player with similar abilities in compliance with profile statistics as outlined in program description. *Some restrictions apply. RHA HOCKEY has a non-refund policy. RHA HOCKEY confirmation of program.

no photography of any equipment, programs, sessions, participants and instructors without authorization from RHA HOCKEY INC. Violation of any of the above will automatically expel your participant from all events.

Participation cannot be shared with other player or players, in any circumstance. Skate credit may be applied as a result no refunds or cancellations are rewarded or permitted, except for medical reasons. *Some restrictions apply. Please note that credits issued are non-transferable valid for next two (2) months. We thank you for understanding and support of RHA HOCKEY Inc.

GENERAL BOOKING INFO

Your participation is confirmed via email, text message or phone call. Any outstanding monetary issues (e. g. cancellation fees, program charges) should be settled before player is allowed on the ice, unless otherwise approved by Head Instructor or program coordinator.

(SEMI-) PRIVATE TRAINING

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your participation to another player to fill your spot. The player who is filling the spot should have comparable abilities and in compliance with profile requirements as outlined in program description. If you are unable to fill the spot but you notify us at least 24 hours ahead of time, you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. Any sessions missed with less than 24 hours cancellation notice or no notification at all will be charged a full payment cancellation fee.

(WEEKLY-) SKILLS CLINICS

If you are unable to attend a confirmed (weekly-) skills clinic due to circumstances out of your control and we are notified at least 24 hours ahead of time we will try to fill your spot. However, if we unable to fill your spot full payment is required.*Some restrictions apply.
